Health Aevum AI Inc. (Delaware)
Aevum Terms of Service
Last updated July 29, 2026 · Version engineering-draft-2026-07-29
1. Scope and launch status
These draft terms describe the intended conditions for using the Aevum website, mobile applications, and related services. They do not authorize a public, paid, health-data-bearing, or licensed-professional launch.
Customer-facing services must remain unavailable until these terms and the related privacy notices are approved by counsel, assigned an effective date, archived with version evidence, and linked from the launch approval record.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The general consumer service is intended for adults who can form a binding agreement. Pediatric use remains disabled unless a separately approved workflow verifies guardian authority, satisfies applicable law, and requires human review.
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. A user may not access another person's account or submit another person's health information without verified authority.
3. Wellness and automated outputs
Aevum is a wellness technology platform. Automated outputs provide informational wellness support and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, replace professional medical care, or provide affirmative medication clearance.
The AI is not a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, therapist, dietitian, or other licensed professional. Human-reviewed labels appear only when the server records verified reviewer identity, review time, and immutable audit evidence. Otherwise the service identifies the result as automated safety screening.
Medication, pregnancy, pediatric, surgery, serious-condition, contraindication, adverse-event, and crisis signals require the applicable fail-closed response or human escalation before a recommendation or order can proceed.
4. Health products and services
Dietary-supplement information is limited to approved structure/function language and must be presented with the required disclaimer. Users should review medications, allergies, health conditions, pregnancy, planned surgery, and supplement use with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Telehealth, pharmacist consultations, and direct-to-consumer laboratory services are offered only where the user's verified state and the professional or ordering pathway satisfy applicable licensure and ordering restrictions. Rupa Health is the sole intended lab-ordering integration; it remains inactive until required contract, consent, state, ordering, and human-review controls are proven. Health Gorilla is retired and is not an Aevum vendor. A feature remains unavailable when those controls are not proven.
5. Subscriptions, orders, and cancellation
Current prices, included services, billing cadence, taxes, shipping terms, renewal terms, and any refund limitations must be shown at the applicable purchase surface before the user agrees to pay. This draft does not establish a price or promise a particular feature.
Auto-renewal requires a separate, unbundled consent. Users must have an unobstructed in-account cancellation path, and cancellation terms must be disclosed before purchase.
Payments are processed without health information in payment descriptions or metadata. Fulfillment proceeds only after the required safety screening, state gating, payment authorization, and any mandatory human approval.
6. Privacy and service providers
Use of personal and health information is governed by the approved Privacy Policy, applicable consent choices, and any required Notice of Privacy Practices. Optional collection and external sharing require separate choices.
A vendor path remains disabled when its required business associate agreement, data-processing agreement, exemption, security review, or privacy configuration is absent. Aevum does not sell personal health information, and advertising trackers are not permitted on authenticated or health-data routes.
7. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the services, probe or bypass access controls, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, infringe another person's rights, automate access without permission, or use the services for unlawful activity.
Aevum may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, satisfy legal obligations, or preserve the security and integrity of the services.
8. Service availability and changes
Features may be unavailable, changed, or withdrawn when required controls, vendors, professional coverage, inventory, or infrastructure are not available. No draft description guarantees continuous availability or a future feature.
Material changes to approved terms require a new version, an effective date, required notice or renewed consent, and legal approval before the changed practice becomes active.
9. Emergencies and crisis support
Aevum is not an emergency service. In the United States, call 911 for an immediate medical or safety emergency. Call or text 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support. Outside the United States, contact the applicable local emergency or crisis service.
Do not wait for an automated response when urgent help is needed.
